I feel like my career began at five years old. When my parents began the process of seperating, we attended counselling, then and there I knew it was my prupose to help people.

After studying Pyschology at York University I moved around absorbing life experiences. One day someone asked me to develop a coaching program for their business. She said, 'I want you to do for all my people, what you do for me everyday'. I ran the program for three years.

I then moved San Francisco and attended an internationaly accredited Coaching Program, with each class I felt more affirmation that this is what everything I had done was leading to. While living in San Francisco I also got married, had a son and began my own coaching practice.

Here I am now, seeking to support you in finding your own alignment, balance and clarity.
